Do you service my area?

We provide services in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Placitas, Los Lunas, and parts of Tijeras and Cedar Crest.

How do I book my first appointment?

How does green cleaning work?

All of our products, equipment, and supplies go through rigorous testing to ensure they are environmentally friendly and do a great job maintaining your home or business. Many of us have become used to toxic cleaning products that can cause harm to people and pets — not us. Using eco-friendly products, washable microfiber cloths and mops, and vacuums with HEPA filters is a basic part of green sweep. If your home or fixtures need restoration or replacement, green cleaning products are likely not the best fit.

Why is green cleaning important?

Chemicals used in many traditional cleaning products have known links to cancer, can exacerbate asthma, and pollute the air we breathe as well as our waterways. At green sweep, we believe in reducing our overall exposure to toxins to protect the health of our clients, pets, and staff. We also believe in being good stewards of the planet, so we use supplies like microfiber cloths instead of paper towels and vacuums with HEPA filters.

Should I tip my cleaners?

While tips are not required, you can always tip your cleaner in cash at the time of the cleaning.

Pricing & policies

How much will it cost?

The price of your standard cleaning will vary depending on the square footage of your home (precisely, the part of your home that will be cleaned). For an accurate quote, request one online or call our office at (505) 414-7887.

When does the charge occur?

When you pay by credit or debit card, the charge occurs at the completion of your cleaning service.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

Yes. New clients often receive monthly discounts, and occasionally we send emails that contain discounted cleanings.

What is your refund policy?

Generally we don't offer refunds. Our commitment is to do the job right the first time — or to provide a second visit at no charge if we missed anything.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

We stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied with a job well done. If we don't meet expectations, just give us a call within 24 hours and we'll fix the problem.

Why is my discount code not working?

Call our office at (505) 414-7887 if you have problems submitting your discount code.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at time of service.

My service

Do I have to be at home during my cleaning?

We'd love to meet you, but being at home isn't necessary if you're busy. If you're unable to meet us, please let our office know how our cleaners can enter your home. Most clients put keys in a lockbox, leave a key under the mat, or provide an entry code. Our team is trustworthy and professional — every employee has been background-checked, insured, and bonded.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We use our own products and equipment. If you have any special products you'd like us to use, just let us know.

Can I add special tasks to my service?

We're always willing to customize your cleaning to meet your unique needs and budget. Please contact our office in advance so we can schedule it properly.

How do I reschedule or cancel my cleaning service?

To skip an appointment, please call us directly at (505) 414-7887. If possible, please reschedule your service at least 48 business hours in advance to avoid up to a 75% cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will always work to fill your spot to avoid the cancellation fees.

What happens if something goes wrong during my cleaning service?

Please contact us at (505) 414-7887 to report any problem with your service.

Quality — We work hard to do an excellent job, but mistakes happen. If you ever have an issue with the quality of your clean, give us a call within 24 hours so we can come and take care of it immediately.

Breakage — Our cleaners are very careful with our customers' belongings, but accidents sometimes happen. Our policy is to inform you immediately. We will pay up to $100 per breakage item when the value is verified. Please move expensive figurines, art, and glassware to a safe location when we're cleaning.

Is there any cleaning task you won't do?

For the safety and well-being of our employees, there are certain cleaning tasks we are unable to do:

  • Move or lift anything over 20 lbs
  • Step higher than two steps on a step stool
  • Remove high levels of trash or debris
  • Clean up animal waste
  • Wipe bulbs and glass fixtures
  • Clean chandeliers
  • Wash exterior windows

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

We always consider sending a requested cleaner to our clients. However, there will be times when one of our team members is sick or on vacation and a substitute will be required. Please remember that all of our cleaners are highly trained and background-checked.

All of our employees passed a strict selection process — we check backgrounds and references to assure our clients they are trustworthy and without criminal records. However, if you want to be extra careful, we encourage clients to put away valuable possessions while our team cleans. All our cleaners are insured and bonded.

Yes. All cleaners are insured and bonded. We take the security of your home very seriously.

Is my billing information safe on your website?

All your billing information is kept safe and secure. All numbers but the last four are blacked out and encrypted.

Gift certificates

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Schedule your cleaning service online and use the gift certificate code in the discount field. Or call our office at (505) 414-7887 for help.

Are gift certificates transferable or refundable?

Anyone can use a gift certificate by placing the code in the discount field — so you can re-gift it or transfer it. However, due to the nature of the gift certificate, we are unable to issue a refund.
