Terms of service
These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by green sweep, LLC.
Booking and scheduling
When you book a service, you reserve a specific time slot with our team. We confirm appointments by phone, email, or text.
Cancellation policy
To skip an appointment, please call us directly at (505) 414-7887. If possible, please reschedule at least 48 business hours in advance to avoid up to a 75% cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will always work to fill your spot.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Tasks we cannot perform
For the safety of our employees, we cannot move items over 20 lbs, step higher than two steps on a step stool, remove high levels of trash or debris, clean up animal waste, wipe bulbs and glass fixtures, clean chandeliers, or wash exterior windows.
Breakage
Our cleaners are careful, but accidents occasionally happen. We'll inform you immediately and pay up to $100 per breakage item when the value is verified. Please move expensive figurines, art, and glassware to a safe location during cleaning.
