Hi there, I’m Molly Moran with green sweep in Albuquerque, NM, the leader in green house cleaning.
The question is, “what is included in regular cleans?” The first time we enter a client’s home, we like to do a very deep cleaning. This means that we clean all horizontal surfaces from your ceiling fans down to your baseboards and floors. In your bedrooms and living areas, we “neaten” up and do a very thorough dusting and wiping and all floors are vacuumed and hard floors surfaces are mopped. In your bathrooms, it’s likely what you would expect: inside and outside of toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers. Ceiling fans and lights are wiped, the exterior of cabinets and drawers are cleaned, and floors are sanitized. In your kitchen, the outside of all cabinets, drawers, and appliances are cleaned. Items on your counter are cleaned and moved, wiped under, and returned to their spot. All counters, sinks, and floors are of course cleaned.
After this, our goal is to maintain the client’s home, rotating tasks as we see fit. Most regular cleans continue to be relatively “deep” in that we come in and dust from ceiling to floor, however if we are in a home weekly, we would rotate in cleaning the ceiling fans every couple of weeks, and vent covers monthly.
We are happy to customize a clean to best fit your needs. For example, one of our most popular regular cleans is what we call a Priority Clean. It is typically a 3-4 hour clean and the client chooses her/his priorities each time. We have a number of clients, who, surprisingly, don’t like to clean bathrooms or mop floors! So this is what we do each time we go into their home.
